Some new people moved into Piccolo this morning - one couple into bungalow just above us, but they will only be here a few days until their house elsewhere is ready, and a family into number 6. They have Joshua who is 12 and Charlotte who is 9...so they really fit quite well into the Piccolo blend. Already this afternoon they were playing outside (in the drizzle) with the rest of the gang. I met Alison and Barry, the parents, during the morning (Alison had been reading the blog prior to coming to the island – fancy that!! Hello if you’re still reading it ;-)). Pictures to follow in due course. Nick and I went for a short drive in the afternoon to town and back – this fog is not a regular town feature…brrrr…there were a few moments of sunshine in town. This cold and misty weather drives me mad on the island...if one can't be outside then there is little else to do!!
