Frenzied Day, Part II

While Nick was busy finished sermon prep and getting a radio talk organized, the boys and I conducted school in the bedroom, starting at about 7.50 am to make a dent since we didn’t really get very much done yesterday. Before leaving home at 10.10 we had finished the written work including maths, and the history and science. Nick had to record a sermonette at Radio St Helena while we waited in the car and finished off most of the rest of school. Off to town again then for Part II of the engagements which were started yesterday. Home at 4.30, in time for me to make pizza, clean the house, sort the washing, etc. The boys went straight outside to play – Caleb gave Aaron a bit of help riding his bike which Aaron did very well at, although he hasn’t got any proficiency with braking – so he rode straight into a wall before falling off the bike, scraping the underside of his chin quite badly.
