Brrrrrrr - and this is summer?

Oh dear, I'm dropping the ball a bit with the blog - truth is, we haven't been doing much during the week other than school in the morning at the church while Nick does prep in his office; home to the Lucas's for lunch; out in the afternoon furniture shopping, appliance shopping, shopping, shopping...lots of stuff that we still need to kit out a house. Have been very blessed though with sales, donations, and bargain finds on TradeMe. It's slowly coming together, with an ever-growing collection of stuff collecting in a downstairs hall at the church! Today has been cold and rainy, but thankfully it's out of the ordinary. Yesterday we got a jumpstart on thermal underwear purchasing (yay for the Warehouse sales) - just in time as we really needed them today.
