Dashed hopes

We thought to do a short Dashing Rocks visit again and left home on our walk with blue skies above and high hopes.

Aaron listened for trains before posing on the tracks (don't try this at home (for those of you who have railroads in your back yard) if you haven't first checked for train traffic).

Alas, the blue was rapidly being swallowed by grey rain clouds and the temperature dropped, so we turned around and went home :(

Just got home in time to get washing in before the weather turned really mucky.
