Mo' year-end fun

To finish off the school year we had a Day at the Bay planned...unfortunately had to revert to Plan B of a morning of play and activities at the school as it was raining all morning - a pretty sorry way to end the term and kick off the summer holidays!  Quite a relief when 1 pm rolled on and the school was emptied of 102 noisy children :)  Our staff year-end function was held in the library this year, organized by Toni and the Board.  It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening - I think the teachers were buoyed at the thought of a long break from teaching so there was much animated conversation and laughter, not to mention the fun to be had with Christmas cracker novelties (one mo' sure did the rounds).  A round of indoor cricket in the hall drew many eager colleagues!
